At HappyCart, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery timelines, charges, and other information.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after order dispatch:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas & Northeast India: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required to avail free delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the package), our logistics partner will make up to 2–3 additional delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch or process a refund (minus any applicable re-shipping charges).
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details and photos of the damaged package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for select locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
